There’s some problem with my Sphinn account. This is the ERROR that it shows when I try to login. Even though I enter a correct username and password of my knowledge.
ERROR – incorrect username or password. NOTE: If you are a new user, be sure to activate your account by clicking on the link sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. You will not be able to log in until your account is activated.
I emailed them about a password change, to which it sends an email, but I didn’t received any email.
Message successfully sent! Please check your email for your confirmation code.
I even contacted Sphinn here, but no response yet from them, may be they’re too busy. So, I humbly request the generous Sphinn staff to activate my account.
